My business partner Steve is married to a beautiful Asian girl he met on an online dating site. I think originally Steve was looking for a fling or two with some sexy women but this girl snapped him up and before he knew it he was getting married. Now his beautiful wife is expecting their first child together and Steve is freaking out and having a midlife crisis. I really respect my partner and I feel for him, I know it's hard to have so much responsibility so fast but after all what else did he expect?

As soon as his wife found out he was rich she planted her claws into him and would not let go. At that time I tried telling him that it was too early to get serious but he would not listen andnow that she is pregnant he is having a fling with his assistant. It has become very awkward at the office, trying to conduct business and still be his friend all the time knowing how immature he is being. His assistant is far from beautiful; in fact she's rather plain. It's hard seeing him do this to himself and to his wife.

I am going to invite Steve out for drinks tonight; maybe if we talk I can help him straighten himself out. I have to make him see that his wife and partner in life is more important than this 20 year old girl. The day he got married he promised to take care of his bride and he can not lose her and his baby all for a stupid fling. Hopefully he will listen and then break things off with this girl.

I was not too thrilled when he got married but now that he is I think that he needs to be responsible, especially with the baby on the way. I want to see him and his wife happy and I am sure once the baby is born it will help him see I was right. I hope I never go through a midlife crisis myself or one day he may have to help me get over one too.
